This policy explains what information Leonida Guides collects, how that information is used, and what choices you have. Questions can be directed to the contact page.

Who runs the site

Leonida Guides is an independent fan site run by Roxy. It is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. I am the only person who handles data for this site.

Information collected

Leonida Guides uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure which pages are read, where visitors come from, and which articles need improvement. GA4 collects data such as:

• Pages visited on leonidaguides.com
• Approximate location, usually at the country or city level
• Device type, browser, and screen size
• Referral source (search engine, referral link, direct)

Leonida Guides does not collect names, email addresses, or other personal details from casual visitors. The site has no user accounts, no newsletter signup, and no comment system. Emails sent through the contact page are retained only as long as necessary to respond.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies in the visitor's browser to measure unique visitors and sessions. If advertising is enabled on the site (see the next section), ad partners may also set their own cookies for measurement and personalization.

Cookies can be cleared at any time through browser settings, and most browsers allow third-party cookies to be blocked entirely.

Advertising and affiliate links

Leonida Guides may work with third-party ad networks in the future, including Ezoic, Google AdSense, and Amazon Associates. When ads are enabled, those networks may:

• Set their own cookies or similar technologies
• Collect data about visits across sites to serve more relevant ads
• Use that data under their own privacy policies, which Leonida Guides does not control

Some outbound links on the site are affiliate links, primarily through Amazon Associates. If a reader clicks one and makes a purchase, Leonida Guides may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Leonida Guides does not allow affiliate relationships to influence editorial coverage of any game, guide, or retailer.

Opting out of personalized ads

Visitors in the EU or UK (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), visitors in the EU and UK have the right to:

Leonida Guides does not collect directly identifying information. Data stored by GA4 and any ad partners is tied to a cookie identifier rather than a name. To exercise these rights, contact the site through the contact page. Verified requests will be processed within 30 days where technically feasible.

Visitors in California (CCPA and CPRA)

California residents have specific rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including:

• The right to know what personal information is collected about them
• The right to delete personal information
• The right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information

Leonida Guides does not sell personal information. If ad partners are enabled in the future and their behavior qualifies as "sharing" under California law, opt-out is available by contacting the site or by using the ad settings links above. Leonida Guides will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

Leonida Guides is not directed at children under 13, and the site does not knowingly collect information from them. If a child is believed to have submitted personal information through the contact page, Leonida Guides will delete that information upon notification.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. Significant changes may also be noted on the homepage or in a news post.
